StudentLink Network, Dublin, Ireland, is the controller of the personal data described here. We process it in line with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we hold. The name, company, email address, phone number and message you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or the brief form, and the business contact details of people we work with or approach about campaigns.
Why. To answer enquiries, plan and deliver campaigns, invoice, and keep business records. Our lawful bases are steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in business to business marketing.
Who sees it. Only StudentLink and the service providers that run our email, hosting and accounts, under contract and data protection terms. We do not sell personal data. This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
How long. Enquiries for up to two years after last contact. Financial records for six years, as Irish tax law requires.
Your rights. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can object to direct marketing at any time. Email hello@studentlink.ie. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
